Salvadoran H-2A Workers Sue Alleging Unpaid Wages, Unreimbursed Expenses, Unauthorized Deductions, and Retaliation
Two Salvadoran H-2A workers filed a lawsuit against their former employer, Kusmenko Kustom Farming, alleging unpaid wages, unlawful deductions, and retaliation. The U.S. Department of Labor’s recent rule aims to improve protections for temporary agricultural workers, effective from June 28, 2024.

Dos trabajadores salvadoreños H-2A presentaron una demanda contra su antiguo empleador, Kusmenko Kustom Farming, alegando salarios impagos, deducciones ilegales y represalias.
