Grievances

If you are a client and are unhappy with our service or if you have been denied assistance and would like to appeal the decision, you can take these steps.

  • Call us again if we did not understand your problem. Call us again if your situation changes. You can call if you do not understand why we cannot take your case. Contact our office and ask to talk to the person who is handling complaints. SMRLS will quickly review and respond to your complaint.

  • First, talk to your lawyer about it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the lawyer's supervisor. If you are still not satisfied, you can talk to the SMRLS' Chief Executive Officer or someone acting for the CEO.

  • Talk to the lawyer about your concerns right away. If you are not satisfied, you can contact SMRLS. SMRLS will quickly review and respond to your complaint.
