As a member of the Minnesota Legal Services Coalition, SMRLS is pleased to share the following video highlighting the importance of Legal Aid in helping empower our clients and their families.
The Pioneer Press recently published an article featuring SMRLS housing attorneys Sam Manning and Paul Ziezulewicz. The two attorneys gave a presentation focused on three specific areas: eviction, expungement of eviction, and repair issues. Find the link to the article here.
The Racial Justice Committee is a part of Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (“SMRLS”) and serves to welcome all clients, encourages and supports a diverse staff, and advocates effectively to eliminate barriers for persons of color and to ensure their equal access to and fair treatment by SMRLS and the legal system. This is their 2015 Report to the Community.
