Paralegal, Southwest Region

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a paralegal position in its Southwest Region with offices in Mankato and Worthington. This position will be based in the Worthington office. The paralegal will provide support to attorneys in government benefit cases and provide representation for low income people at administrative hearings.

Agricultural Worker Project Manager/Outreach Coordinator, Saint Paul, Minnesota

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) seeks an experienced project manager and outreach coordinator for its Agricultural Worker Project (AWP). The position will be primarily located in SMRLS’ central office in Saint Paul, Minnesota but during parts of the year involves extensive travel throughout Minnesota.

Staff Attorney, SMRLS SW Region

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position in the Worthington or Mankato Office of its Southwest Region to handle primarily Housing Law matters. The attorney hired will also handle government benefits and other types of cases.

Family Law Staff Attorney, St. Paul

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a family law attorney position in its Metro Region. The position is based in the St. Paul office. The attorney will handle contested family law matters.

Health and Safety in Housing Attorney, St. Paul

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a staff attorney position for its Saint Paul Central Office. The attorney will handle housing repair cases in the five Metro Counties that SMRLS serves.

St. Paul Staff Attorney, Housing

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to hire a staff attorney in its Housing Unit based in St. Paul. This is an annual grant-funded position with a good probability of continuous renewal.
