Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking a Volunteer Bilingual (English/Spanish) Summer Advocate to assist its Agricultural Worker Project (AWP).

Staff Attorney for Healthcare Legal Partnership

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position in its St. Paul office for a newly-developed “healthcare legal partnership” with Children’s Hospitals and Clinics. The partnership, which is funded for at least one year, will integrate free civil legal services into a health care delivery model. The attorney will handle a variety of poverty law matters.

Family Law Staff Attorney, St. Paul, Minnesota

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a family law attorney position in
its Metro Region. The position is based in the St. Paul office. The attorney will handle contested family law
matters.

Hotline Attorney

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a staff attorney position in its Centralized Intake and Hotline Project. This position may be located in any of our offices in Albert Lea, Mankato, Rochester, St. Paul, Winona or Worthington.

Immigration Supervising Attorney, St. Paul, Minnesota

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) – Immigration unit is seeking an experienced lead attorney for its St. Paul, Minnesota office. The attorney will provide leadership and supervision for the unit’s two attorneys and three accredited representatives and provide immigration legal services to low income clients in SMRLS service area.

Family Law Staff Attorney Southeast Region

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a staff attorney position in either its Rochester or Winona office. This is a new position funded by a grant through the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs to expand SMRLS' capacity to represent victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This grant is funded for one year and is renewable for up to five years. The position will handle primarily Family Law matters. The staff attorney may also be assigned other types of cases.

Family Law Lead Attorney - Mankato

SMRLS is seeking to fill the Lead Attorney position in its Southwest Region Family Law Unit. The SW Family Unit currently has five family law attorney positions.
