Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal/Outreach Worker - St. Paul

SMRLS is seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal/outreach worker for its Agricultural Worker Project. The position will be primarily located in SMRLS’ central office in Saint Paul, Minnesota, but involves extensive travel throughout Minnesota during parts of the year.

Immigration Supervising Attorney - St. Paul

SMRLS is seeking an experienced lead immigration attorney for its St. Paul office. The attorney will provide leadership and supervision for the unit’s two attorneys and three accredited representatives and provide immigration legal services to low-income clients in SMRLS' service area.

Family Law Staff Attorney - Metro

SMRLS is seeking to fill a family law attorney position in its Metro Region. The position is based in the St. Paul office. The attorney will handle contested family law matters.

Family Law Staff Attorney - Mankato

SMRLS is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position in the Mankato Office of its Southwest Region. The position will handle primarily Family Law matters. The staff attorney may also be assigned other types of cases

Family Law Lead Attorney - Mankato

SMRLS is seeking to fill the Lead Attorney position in its Southwest Region Family Law Unit. The SW Family Unit currently has five family law attorney positions.

Bi-lingual (English/Somali) Intake Interviewer - Rochester

SMRLS is seeking a full-time (M-F, 8:30 – 5:00 PM) Intake Interviewer for its Hotline Unit located in our Rochester office.

Volunteer Attorney Coordinator for Healthcare Legal Partnership - Mankato

SMRLS is seeking to fill a full time, Volunteer Attorney Coordinator position for its Healthcare Legal Partnership at its Mankato Office.

Family Law (Civil Crime Victims) Staff Attorney - Mankato

SMRLS is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position in the Mankato Office of its Southwest Region. This is a new position funded by a grant through the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs to expand SMRLS' capacity to represent victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The position will handle primarily Family Law matters.

Family Law Staff Attorney - Worthington

SMRLS is seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position in the Worthington Office of its Southwest Region. The position will handle primarily Family Law matters. The staff attorney may also be assigned other types of cases
