The position will be primarily located in SMRLS’ central office in Saint Paul, Minnesota but during parts of the year involves extensive travel throughout Minnesota.

Family Law Staff Attorney, St. Paul

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a family law attorney position in its Metro Region. The position is based in the St. Paul office. The attorney will handle contested family law matters.

Health and Safety in Housing Attorney, St. Paul

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a staff attorney position for its Saint Paul Central Office. The attorney will handle housing repair cases in the five Metro Counties that SMRLS serves.

Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal/Outreach Worker, Saint Paul, Minnesota

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) is seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal/outreach worker for its Agricultural Worker Project. The position will be primarily located in SMRLS’ central office in Saint Paul, Minnesota but during parts of the year involves extensive travel throughout Minnesota.

Family Law Staff Attorney, Southeast Region

Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., (SMRLS) is seeking to fill a staff attorney position. This position will be based in one of its Southeast Regional offices (Albert Lea, Rochester or Winona) and candidates interested in working from any of these offices are encouraged to apply. This position is funded by a grant through the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs to expand SMRLS' capacity to represent victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The position will handle primarily Family Law matters. The staff attorney may also be assigned other types of cases.
